The Toronto Raptors will rest their projected starting five for their pre-season matchup at home against the Boston Celtics on Friday.

Head coach Darko Rajakovic stated he will use the minutes to get more looks at players trying to crack the bottom half of the roster.

Ingram scored a game-high 21 points on Wednesday during the Raptors’ 130-122 win over the Denver Nuggets. He has played 55 minutes over the first two games after missing most of last season with an ankle injury.

Barnes was on the floor for 19 minutes during the Raptors’ 112-108 loss during the pre-season opener, recording just one point on 0-for-6 shooting. He also sat out the second game in Denver.

Poeltl is dealing with a back issue and will continue to rest. He has yet to suit up for a contest in the pre-season.

Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT on Sportsnet One and Sportsnet+.
