Police in Durham Region are searching for information as well as “at least” one suspect after gunshots rang out in Oshawa over the weekend.
Durham Regional Police say on Saturday, at about 10:50 a.m., they responded to a call for an armed person in a residential area near Annis and Douglas streets.
Investigators say two vehicles were found with bullet holes. Several bullet casings were also located on the roadway, they added.
Police are asking anyone with further information or anyone who heard anything in the area between 2 and 10:50 a.m. to contact them.
