Jessica Alba seems to be dipping a toe into the dating pool — and it’s looking like she’s doing it on her own terms.
The recently divorced actress is reportedly seeing Top Gun: Maverick actor Danny Ramirez following her split from longtime husband Cash Warren. According to a source speaking to Us Weekly, “They were friends before it turned romantic,” and Alba is “still keeping things casual.”
The connection isn’t completely out of the blue. Ramirez, who most recently appeared in The Last of Us season 2, is said to run in the same social circles as Alba — which includes her close friend Eva Longoria. “They have a lot of mutual friends,” the insider shared, adding that the pair have been “keeping things low-key for the last month.”

Low-key, yes, but not invisible. Earlier this week, the new couple was spotted returning from a getaway to Cancun, Mexico. Wearing baseball caps and sunglasses, they reportedly boarded a flight back to Los Angeles side by side.

While this may be Alba’s first confirmed romance post-divorce, fans have been watching her love life closely for months. In May, she was photographed holding hands and kissing an unidentified man in London’s Regents Park, fueling speculation of a new relationship. And in March, she sparked dating rumors after leaving the Vanity Fair Oscars Party with comedian Alex Edelman’s jacket draped over her shoulders — rumors that were quickly shut down.
Still, sources say this new chapter is more about freedom than commitment. “She is having a lot of fun in this new era,” the insider added. “It’s not serious, but she is enjoying time with him.” For now, Alba reportedly has no plans to introduce Ramirez to her and Warren’s three kids — Honor, 17, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.
After nearly two decades with Warren, Alba’s approach to dating appears refreshingly grounded. “Jessica hasn’t been in the dating game for decades,” the source noted. “So she is having fun with it right now.”
