Paradise native Ryan Greene netted his first career NHL goal last night as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks.
Greene’s third-period goal was the last one in a decisive 8-3 win over the St. Louis Blues.
The 21-year-old Greene was drafted in the 2nd round, 57th overall, in the 2022 NHL draft.
As captain for Boston University last season, he was a finalist for the prestigious Hobey Baker Memorial Award for the top player in U.S. college hockey.
