Two Males Charged After Drug Trafficking Investigation
The Regina Drug Unit (RDU) concluded an investigation into drug trafficking in the City of Regina with the arrest of a 22 year old male and a 21 year old male. This investigation ended with the seizure of a quantity of illicit drugs and cash. The value of this seizure is believed to be in excess of $250,000.00.
On Thursday, October 16th, 2025, members of the RDU with the assistance from the Tactical Support Team and Canine arrested a male in relation to the drug trafficking investigation. A search yielded:
$4040.00 in cash
41 grams of fentanyl.
Police also searched the surrounding area where the arrest occurred. A search yielded:
340 grams of fentanyl.
130 grams of methamphetamine.
A subsequent search warrant was executed at a short-term rental residence on 5100 Block of E Simard Avenue, where a search yielded:
approximately 1.8 kilograms of methamphetamine;
approximately 715 grams of fentanyl;
approximately 691grams of cocaine; and
$5,000.00 in cash.
As a result, Yuvraj SALLAN, of Delta, BC and Sukhmandeep SINGH of Surrey, BC are jointly charged, with:
Possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine) [CDSA Sec 5(2)];
Possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine) [CDSA Sec 5(2)]
Possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl) [CDSA Sec 5(2)]and
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 [CC 355(A)].
