Coach Becky Hammon’s squad started the second half of the WNBA season well, defeating the Atlanta Dream 87-72. Star A’ja Wilson had a fantastic game, scoring 24 points to go with 12 rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two blocks. Dana Evans added 14 points off the bench for Las Vegas, who played stifling defense against the Dream, forcing 19 turnovers in the victory.

Conversely, the Fever continue to struggle without Caitlin Clark, as they dropped a 98-84 decision on the road to the New York Liberty. Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever in scoring with 29 points, while Aliyah Boston added 15 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, and two steals. Offense wasn’t the issue, but defensively the Fever allowed a ghastly shooting line of .516/.545/.952 to the Liberty in the loss, allowing all five Liberty starters to score in double digits.

This will be the third and final regular-season matchup between the Aces and Fever, with the teams splitting the first two games.

This is a locally broadcast game, and is unfortunately not available nationally through Fubo.
