Over 4,000 Hydro One customers are without power this morning in a wide area around Bancroft after heavy thunderstorm activity late Thursday afternoon and evening.
Hydro One hopes to have power restored in that area by 4 p.m. Friday.
There are several smaller outages scattered throughout areas to the north.
Province-wide over 83,000 Hydro One customers were without power early Friday morning.
