She convinced herself that she couldn’t live without Mihir, which made her more desperate. In a secret meeting, she met a stranger in a hidden part of her hotel to get the pills, knowing it was risky.

Meanwhile, Mitali cleverly distracts Hemant, convincing him to accompany her on a fabricated errand, ensuring Noina has uninterrupted time with Mihir. Soon, Mihir starts feeling unwell, and Noina seizes the opportunity, escorting him to her room.

Mihir’s health takes a turn for the worse, with dizziness and breathlessness setting in. Disoriented, he asks Noina where he is, and she reveals he’s in her room, citing concern for his well-being. Despite her explanation, Mihir insists on leaving, repeatedly expressing his desire to return to his own room, but his weakened state makes it clear he needs help.
Hemant’s inquiry about Mihir’s whereabouts puts Noina on the spot. She swiftly fabricates a response, feigning ignorance and promising to keep Hemant updated if she learns anything. She downplays Mihir’s absence, suggesting he might have simply gone for a stroll, attempting to deflect suspicion.

She began by expressing how long she had waited to share her feelings, explaining that she felt compelled to speak the words she had kept bottled up. She then proceeded to dissect the state of his marriage, implying its fundamental flaws. She emphasized their history as old college friends, now reunited after many years, and suggested a destiny that bound them together. Noina argued that love wasn’t confined to youth, but could bloom at any stage of life. Despite Mihir’s evident confusion and disorientation, she pressed on, culminating in a direct confession: “I love you.”

Then, lost in his delusion, he leaned in and kissed Noina’s forehead, all the while seeing Tulsi. In a soft whisper, meant for Tulsi alone, he murmured, “I love you, Tulsi…”

Meanwhile, Tulsi, back in India, wakes up with a start, sensing something’s amiss. She discovers her marriage frame lies broken and shattered.
