NASCAR Cup Series icon Richard Petty made his presence felt at Sunday’s Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Raceway. Before a crucial race that would ultimately be claimed by William Byron, Petty made the rounds to visit all eight remaining playoff contenders.
The legendary driver met with Byron, Ryan Blaney, Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin, Chase Briscoe, Kyle Larson, Joey Logano, and Christopher Bell, presenting each with his distinctive $43 Richard Petty bill.
The collectible currency is available for purchase online and at Petty’s museum in Level Cross, North Carolina, which houses an impressive collection of racing memorabilia. The $43 bill features an image of Petty’s iconic No. 43 vehicle and bears his personal autograph.
