Don’t expect this former WWE Superstar to appear in AEW anytime soon.
Former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore (Real1) was a recent guest on the No-Contest Wrestling Podcast. When asked about potentially joining his former tag team partner, Big Bill, in AEW, Enzo admitted it was something he considered, but revealed that when he reached out to the company, he was informed they weren’t interested in bringing him in.
“AEW is something I considered. I reached out, but they had no interest in me,” Enzo Amore revealed. “And I’m at a point where if it’s f**k me, it’s f**k you. I mean, what do I care? What, are you going to cancel me? I have nothing to lose, bro. I’ve already lost everything. I’ve been dragged through the mud. And you know, when you treat ’em like dirt, they stick like mud, bro. I don’t care. If you treat me a certain way, I’ll treat you the same way.” [H/T: WrestlingNews.co]
Enzo Amore and Big Bill reunited on the Jericho Cruise earlier this year
While it doesn’t sound like we’re going to see a reunion between Enzo Amore and Big Bill in All Elite Wrestling anytime soon, the two did reunite earlier this year on the Jericho Cruise.
Amore and Big Bill teamed with Chris Jericho and Bryan Keith to take on GYV and MxM Collection in an eight-man tag that surely delighted fans in attendance on the cruise.
You can check out a clip of the reunion in the embedded video below:
