BKFC Michigan is upon us. On the night after Halloween, the tricks and treats will continue for an additional evening in the world of competitive violence. This week, David Feldman and company cross another US state off the list.
The Nov. 1 show marks the first time that BKFC will hold a card in Michigan. Inside the United States of America, live coverage of BKFC Michigan can be seen gavel-to-gavel on DAZN.Â
Saturday evening begins, as always, with the countdown show at 7 pm ET/ 4 pm PT on YouTube before switching over to DAZN for the fights themselves one hour later. Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant, MI serves as the setting for BKFC Michigan.
If there are no alterations made to the schedule between now and the weekend, the final version of Saturday night’s card features a slate of 11 bare-knuckle boxing matches.
BKFC Michigan Main Event: Esteban Rodriguez vs. Zac Cavender
At the top of the bill on Saturday evening, the cruiserweight division serves as the focus of the main event of the evening. Esteban Rodriguez (4-1 bare-knuckle) meets undefeated Zac Cavender (2-0 bare-knuckle.)
All fights on BKFC Michigan, main event included, are an advertised maximum of five rounds at two minutes per round. Rodriguez will be knuckling up this weekend on the strength of a 4-1 record since turning his attention to bare-knuckle boxing.
Currently, he’s won two fights in a row. On July 12, he needed only three seconds to knock out Julio Perez Rodriguez (3-1 bare-knuckle.)
Anytime a combat athlete, regardless of discipline, can end a fight in a matter of seconds, you just know that he’s a tough customer at the shop. Can he have another highlight-reel performance on Saturday evening?
Meanwhile, Zac Cavender heads into BKFC Michigan having yet to taste defeat under bare-knuckle rules. Across all competitions, he’s gone 4-1 in his last five contests. Back on May 10, he stopped Erick Lozano (2-5 bare-knuckle inside the opening round. Cavender is on a hot streak going into BKFC Michigan over the weekend.
Will Cavender steal Rodriguez’s thunder on Saturday night in the main event? Tune in and find out.
BKFC Michigan Co-Main Event: No. 3 Contender Nathan Riviera vs. Tommy Strydom
Immediately prior to the headliner, the BKFC Michigan co-main attraction takes place at featherweight. No. 3 contender Nathan Riviera (4-0 bare-knuckle) collides with Tommy Strydom (4-1 bare-knuckle.) Riviera is undefeated so far under bare-knuckle rules.
Last time out, he scored a fourth-round knockout of Alex Castro (0-3 bare-knuckle) in May of this year during BKFC Clearwater. He’s right in the thick of the BKFC Featherweight Championship conversation going into the Michigan card. His opponent has challenged for the title before.
Tommy Strydom enters with a 4-1 record in his last five trips to the ring. Back on April 5 in Dubai, he suffered a loss by unanimous decision at the hands of Kai Stewart (8-0 bare-knuckle) after 10 minutes of action.
While Riviera is hungry for a shot at the title, Strydom wants to secure a victory on Saturday night so that he can find himself 10 minutes away from a championship in his first fight of 2026.
BKFC Michigan Featured Fight: Joseph Creer vs. Taylor Bull
The featured contest of the evening in BKFC Michigan is a light heavyweight showcase matching Joseph Creer (4-3 bare-knuckle) and Taylor Bull (4-0 bare-knuckle.) Creer touches down in Michigan with a 3-2 record in the past five contests.
This past August, he scored a fourth-round TKO versus Kayden Giroux (1-2 bare-knuckle) in BKFC Edmonton. Creer is based out of Columbus, GA, but his Canadian opponent could provide a tall order for him over the upcoming weekend.
In the other corner, Taylor Bull, a product of the province of Alberta, has a perfect record under bare-knuckle rules and has gone 5-0 in all disciplines in his past five bouts, Most recently, he competed in a traditional boxing match, winning by way of second-round knockout against Grayson Wells (0-2, 0 KOs) on May 31.
Bull has been very active in combat sports so far this year, as Saturday’s fight will be his third in 2025. Can he go 3-for-3?
