The University at Albany men’s soccer team fell to No. 3 Vermont on Friday night, 2–0, at Virtue Field.

How It Happened:
Vermont’s first shot came in the 9th minute from Nicolas Loebus, saved by Krivokapic.
Krivokapic stopped another attempt in the 17th minute off the foot of Nick Lockermann to keep the game scoreless.
UAlbany’s first shot came in the 39th minute when Rodrigo Hermelo missed just wide left.
Krivokapic made his fifth save in the 42nd minute on a low strike from David Ismail, sending the match to halftime tied 0–0.
Vermont broke through in the 55th minute as Ismail finished a feed from Philipp Kühn and Marcos Blasco Devesa to give the Catamounts a 1–0 lead.
UAlbany’s Jordan Shullenberger tallied the first Great Dane attempt of the second half in the 64th minute, missing just wide.
Ethan Cook forced UAlbany’s lone shot on goal in the 76th minute, saved by Vermont goalkeeper Niklas Herceg.
Vermont sealed the win in the 90th minute when Kühn converted a penalty kick to make it 2–0.
