Several LIV Golf players have already secured their spots in golf’s big four in 2026.
Despite a few grumbles from some players on the PIF-backed league, pathways do exist in which they can qualify for The Masters, US Open, Open and PGA Championship.
The leading LIV player, not otherwise exempt, qualifies for the both The Open and US Open.
There are also more qualifying tournaments than ever before, with some national opens now offering direct routes into the iconic Masters Tournament at Augusta National.
This was the case when Ireland’s Tom McKibbin landed tee times at both The Open and The Masters with his victory at the Hong Kong Open in November 2025.

The fields for the 2026 Masters, Open, U.S. Open and PGA Championship are yet to be finalised – but they will start to fill up over the next few months.
Below you can see which LIV players will have tee times at Augusta, Royal Birkdale, Aronimink Golf Club and Shinnecock Hills.
