Amazon is now offering the unlocked 256GB Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra down at $899.99 shipped. Regularly $1,300, you’ll now find the Titanium Black and Titanium Gray models at $400 under the list price to deliver the lowest we can find. This is also the best straight up cash discount we have tracked on both of these configurations at Amazon – the previous lows were the $935 Prime Day deals.

As we are still awaiting the official Samsung Black Friday sale, the S25 Ultra is still sitting up at full price on the Samsung site.
