Daniel Marcos has bounced back big.

At UFC Fight Night 264, Marcos (18-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC) rebounded from his first promotional loss when he viciously put Miles Johns (15-5 MMA, 6-5 UFC) to sleep with a rear-naked choke at the 4:23 mark of Round 2.

Marcos had a strong Round 1, then got the job done in Round 2. Johns refused to tap and went unconscious before referee Chris Tognoni saved him from the fight-ending squeeze.

With the win, Marcos, who stepped into the bout on short notice, gets back in the win column after a May loss to Montel Jackson. Johns falls into a three-fight skid and could be on the chopping block.
