The B.C. Lions re-signed linebacker Jeremy Lewis to a future contract that starts in 2026 on Tuesday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Jeremy Lewis is six foot two and weighs 237 pounds. The 24-year-old from Greenville, South Carolina, attended the New York Jets rookie minicamp in 2024. The B.C. Lions signed Lewis on April 21, 2025. In 2025, he made six tackles, one tackle for loss, and one tackle on special teams in two preseason games. He spent the majority of the season on injured reserve. The Lions released him on November 9, 2025.

Collegiately, Lewis played five seasons at East Carolina University (2019-23) playing tight end and linebacker with 150 tackles (81 solos, 69 assists), 23.5 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, two pass breakups, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, one kick return for four yards, eight catches for 54 yards, and one touchdown in 54 games for the Pirates.

In 2023, he was named Third Team All-AAC after with 40 tackles (24 solos, 16 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries in 12 games.
