Ilona Maher knows you don’t have to sacrifice brawn for beauty.

The Olympic rugby player flexed her sexy side while gracing the red carpet of the ESPY Awards in Hollywood on Wednesday night.

Donning a plunging black gown that showcased her strong shoulders and stomach, the “Breakthrough Athlete” award winner refused to hide her hard-earned muscles.

Amplifying the glamour, Maher layered on gold jewelry, swept her hair into a slick bun and donned a bold red lip.

Since rocketing into public consciousness during last summer’s Olympics, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum has worked hard to prove there’s nothing wrong with being strong.

Sporting a fresh face and an athletic bra in the clip, she smiled and asked, “Uh y’all tried being strong? I feel good. I feel well fed. I feel ready to take on anybody.”

“You guys gotta try this shit,” Maher said as she flexed. “It is a different level, I’m feeling… Whoo. I love it.”

Making sure her followers don’t pass up life’s little pleasures, she added, “And also, have you guys tasted tiramisu? Because that shit, my god.”

Asked about the viral post and how sports have taught her to embrace her body during an interview on the ESPYs red carpet, Maher said, ”[While] strong may not be a traditional feminine quality, it makes me feel so beautiful and so powerful being strong.”

“I wish other women could feel what I feel when I go up and lift a weight and do all these things,” she added.
