Head coach Mike O’Shea will remain at the helm of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for the 2026 season, the team announced on Friday.
The 55-year-old has been at the helm of the team since he was hired in December 2013.
The Bombers finished this season 10-8 and fell to the Alouettes in the Eastern Semi-Final.
O’Shea moved to seventh all-time in CFL history for coaching wins this season, surpassing Bob O’Billovich (107) and Dave Ritchie (108).
Over 11 seasons with the club, O’Shea has compiled a 117-77 record and two Grey Cup championships in 2019 and 2021.
The Blue Bombers have reached the playoffs in nine consecutive seasons and lost three straight Grey Cups from 2022-24.
