The DIPSITES of Delhi Public School (DPS) MIHAN delivered an exceptional performance at the Thai Boxing National Championship 2025, held at BBK DAV Women’s College, Amritsar. Demonstrating remarkable determination, discipline, and sportsmanship, Team Maharashtra—powered by the DPS MIHAN contingent—secured an impressive tally of 17 medals, including 7 gold, 7 silver, and 3 bronze.Among the standout performers, Kaivalya Pawar (Fight & Musical), Soumya Papniwar, Nidhyathi Bhagat, Yaggya Jaiswal, and Hrishita Sharma (Fight & Musical) clinched gold medals, showcasing extraordinary skill and dominance in their categories.

The silver medalists included Aaral Borkar, Urvi Gagde, Shaivie Bhagat, Aafiya Baig, Soumya Papniwar (Musical), Annavya Ekka, and Anya Kumar, each delivering strong performances throughout the championship. Meanwhile, Sidhishan Sahoo, Atharva Kaushik, and Zayan Chaudhari earned bronze medals, adding to the school’s impressive medal count.

The championship served as a testament to the growing strength of Thai Boxing at DPS MIHAN, as the athletes displayed exceptional teamwork and dedication.

School Principal Ms. Nidhi Yadav and Head of the Physical Education Department Mr. Abhilash Bhusari congratulated Coach Yugant Ugale and all the medalists for their hard work and commitment to the sport.
