Christina Bitner had a powerful presence on the bodybuilding stage, often bringing in an incredible physique and posing routine. This earned her an IFBB Pro Card in the Women’s Physique division, solidifying her place among the world’s elite. Sadly, recent news confirms that Christina Bitner has passed away at the age of 41. According to her obituary, the cause of her unexpected passing has not been made public.
Christina Bitner leaves behind a plethora of memorable appearances, incredible results, and positive interactions with anyone she met. Her influence extended far beyond the stage, touching the lives of countless fans and fellow athletes through her dedication and inspiring journey.
“Yesterday, our amazing friend Christina passed away.
I met Christina in 2012 at the Lackland Classic. it was my first bodybuilding show, and she was there competing in bikini. That’s when our paths first truly crossed, and a lot of life has happened since then. We shared in growing up together over the years.
I was blessed to coach her during her IFBB Pro career, witnessing firsthand someone who poured her whole heart into the sport,” wrote Christina’s coach, John Jewett

Christina Bitner’s Career
Christina Bitner originated from San Antonio but became well-known all around the world. She amassed nearly 100,000 followers on her Instagram profile, with some tuning in for her bodybuilding journey and others to check out her baking products.
As for her professional bodybuilding career, Christina Bitner made a number of appearances in notable shows, with the first one being the 2019 IFBB Puerto Rico Pro. Competing in the Women’s Physique division, Christina managed to claim an impressive fourth place. Less than a month later, Christina appeared in the 2019 IFBB Atlantic Coast Masters Pro, having to settle for a slightly lower finish in 8th place.
As the 2020 season came around, Christina Bitner continued competing, taking part in the IFBB Tampa Pro. There she finished in fourth place once again, missing out on the podium by a slight margin. It didn’t take long for Christina to take the stage again, but this time she joined the 2020 IFBB New York Pro. There she faced a stacked lineup of athletes but still finished in 11th place.
In 2021, Christina Bitner participated in two additional competitions — the IFBB Puerto Rico Pro & IFBB Europa Phoenix. She finished in 11th and 8th place, respectively, marking the end of her competitive journey.
Christina Bitner continued by pursuing her passion for making incredible cakes for all kinds of occasions and demonstrating her impressive attention to detail. Unfortunately, she ended up passing away just around her 41st birthday.

Christina Bitner’s bodybuilding career proved just how much discipline and positivity she possessed, both of which she displayed in day-to-day life as well. Moreover, beyond her achievements, Christina built a legacy and a number of genuine connections, inspiring others to pursue their passions.
