The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix is around the bend!
It’s full speed ahead to the race, set on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, that attracts motorsport lovers and the pop-culture obsessed alike to the city known as “The Entertainment Capital of the World.”
Marking its third year as host since its debut in 2023, the Las Vegas Grand Prix marks the third-to-last stop in the entire race circuit for the 2025 F1 season, which began in March and concludes in December. (The Qatar Grand Prix and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are the final two races of the year.)
The Las Vegas race is significant because it’s one of the four Grand Prix host cities in North America — along with Miami, Austin and Montreal — of the 24 total races over the course of the year, with Europe hosting the most races.
Further, the adrenaline-pumping race takes place on a 17-turn circuit around the bustling streets of Las Vegas, whizzing past famed hotels like Caesars Palace and the Bellagio, casinos galore and more city-defining landmarks.
Eyes open for Turn 5G, where the drivers — like top-ranked Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri of McLaren, Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing and George Russel of Mercedes — enter a festival-like atmosphere in the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere, boasting A-list concerts and other live entertainment.
While the Grand Prix is a one-night event, the days surrounding the race are just as electrifying with parties and events. Catch actors like Seth Rogen and Sylvester Stallone pit walking before the race, musicians like Adele exploring the team garages, Justin Bieber waving the checkered flag and athletes like Terry Crews and Shaquille O’Neal going for a spin with a Pirelli Hot Lap on the grid.
