2025 D2CCA MSOC All South Central Region Teams



COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO – UT Tyler senior midfielder Luan Rangel has been named to the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association All-South Central Region Second Team as announced Tuesday afternoon by the organization.
 
Athletic communication professionals from the NCAA Division II South Central Region schools and conferences selected the D2CCA all-region teams. The process concludes with All-American selections that will be announced in December.
 
Rangel, a senior from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, becomes just the second UT Tyler all-region selection in the Division II era of the program, joining Thierry Assamoi back in 2021, who earned his selection in the first year of being Division II eligible.
 
Rangel was named All-Lone Star Conference Second Team, and was also named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection. He scored seven goals this season, the most for a Patriots player in the Division II era and also added in an assist while playing 17 games and making 15 starts.
