Police are searching for a 33-year-old man who allegedly assaulted someone in North York earlier this week.
The incident happened at around 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, when the victim was walking around in the area of Yonge Street and Empress Avenue, west of Doris Avenue.
Toronto police say the suspect walked toward the victim from behind and allegedly assaulted them.

The victim was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police identified the accused in a news release as Toronto-resident Cassim Cummings, who is wanted for assault cause bodily harm.
Authorities describe him as five-foot-10, weighing 165 pounds with a thin build, short black hair and a black beard.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
