Drew McIntyre avoided a similar fate to the one that saw Brock Lesnar slip and fall on WWE RAW.

The Beast went viral this past Monday when he slipped during his entrance. Lesnar immediately rolled back to his feet and took a moment to laugh at himself before sharing an unscripted, humorous moment with Bron Breakker.

During a recent appearance on Busted Open, former World Heavyweight Champion Drew McIntyre had a hilarious explanation and reaction for Brock Lesnar’s entrance botch on RAW.

“I was sympathetic because a couple of fans got the video, but as I was coming around the corner for my entrance, somebody, I assume the Usos, poured water all over their heads before they walked out, setting boobytraps for me and Logan. I slipped right before I came through the entryway, so the camera just missed me catching myself.

“Then, I came around, but some fans caught it. When I saw him fall, I was like, ‘Wow, that could’ve been me.’ Brock played it off. He rolled through, laughed, put the hat on Bron, and when I got back, I saw him and was like, ‘Hey, you can go out there and fall in a bunch of sh*t. You’re still Brock Lesnar.’” [H/T: Fightful]

Speaking to No-Contest Wrestling, Bronson Reed said, “I saw him slip and somehow back-roll and get straight back to his feet.

“And in my mind, I was like, ‘He’s either going to laugh this off, which he seemed to do. He laughed it off, [and] we got to business, or he’s going to be very angry, and those guys are going to pay for it. Everyone was quite chill about it.”

Following the viral botch, Lesnar told them he slipped on something on the stage. “I think Brock himself said it. He walked through the curtains, and he had slipped on something… Drew said in his entrance that he almost slipped. So I don’t know if someone had wet their hair or some oil or something was out there on that entranceway.”

Brock Lesnar, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, and Logan Paul are scheduled to take on Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and The Usos in the Men’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series on Saturday.
