A 2025 Formula 1 world champion will be crowned this weekend at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. It’s the first time since 2021 that the season’s final race will determine the champion, with Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, and Oscar Piastri all in the running for the silver jug. Norris and Piastri are both after their first title, while Verstappen is racing for his fifth. A fifth championship for Max would tie him with F1 pioneer Juan Manuel Fangio, with only Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher ahead (both have seven championships)
