On this episode of Bringing The Heat, host Trey Lyle is joined by Dalton Hopkins to break down day four of the NASCAR vs. 23XI Racing/Front Row Motorsports trial.

Lyle opens the podcast by asking Hopkins for his thoughts on the day’s proceedings and where things stood in terms of which side appeared to be ahead. The two also discussed how Judge Bell urged both sides to speed up the process as the day concluded.

They then examine the end of testimony from Front Row Motorsports owner Bob Jenkins, which proved to be a rollercoaster for both the defense and the plaintiffs as each side found moments that supported its case.

The episode also covers the testimony of NASCAR President Steve O’Donnell, beginning with questioning from 23XI/FRM attorney Jeffrey Kessler about charter negotiations, O’Donnell’s views on the zMAX CARS Tour and Camping World SRX Series, and how he characterized NASCAR Chairman Jim France in private messages.
