Alexa Lemieux’s recent TikTok activity might point to how she’s feeling amid her ongoing divorce
She announced on Instagram, on Dec. 3, that she and Brennon have split after four years of marriage, just after their daughter, Vienna, turned 1
Brennon filed for divorce last month, PEOPLE confirmed, and said in the filing that the marriage had “become insupportable”
Alexa Lemieux is giving fans a hint at how she’s feeling amid her divorce.
The Love Is Blind star announced her split from husband Brennon Lemieux on Wednesday, Dec. 3, and her recent TikTok activity appear to show how the reality star is handling the transitional period.
Two of the recent videos Alexa has reposted on TikTok have focused on seeking growth and change after periods of difficulty.
One video explained that 2025 was the year of the snake, a Chinese zodiac associated with “necessary endings, hard truths and revelations.”
“If you’re reflecting on 2025 and you’re like, ‘This is the hardest f——- year, I don’t understand what this whole year was all about, I’m a completely different person at the end of this year than when the year began,’ just know it’s because it’s the year of the snake,” a woman explained in the video.

Another one of Alexa’s recent reposts was a video encouraging people to find their spark again.
“Bring that spark back! You’re losing that little light that was in you,” the person said. “Fake it till you make it [and] bring it back. Do something, find something that’s going to bring that spark back in you. You need it back [and] don’t let it die.”
In her Instagram post, Alexa called her and Brennon’s split a “difficult decision” that “was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect and appreciation for the time we’ve shared.”
The couple — who met on season 3 of Love Is Blind and share a daughter, Vienna, who turned 1 in August — said that their daughter is their “top priority” and asked for “privacy as we move forward and focus on our individual paths.”

Brennon filed for divorce from Alexa on Nov. 5, nearly a month before Alexa announced the split. According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, Brennon said their marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between [them] that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

His filing also indicated that he and Alexa plan to figure out custody of their daughter outside of court in a written agreement.
They also plan to decide on how to divide their community property outside of court, though Brennon requested in the filing that he keep any assets he obtained before the marriage.
