Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark made $16.1 million in 2025 according to Sportico. She is the sixth highest paid woman athlete according to the media organization. That is up from $11.1 million last year, which made her the 10th highest-paid woman athlete.
Clark made $16 million from endorsements and $114,000 in salary. It’s not uncommon for women athletes to make far more in endorsements than salary — for the top 15 it’s 70% according to Sportico — but Clark’s 99.3% is certainly eye-catching and is an issue the WNBA will have to deal with on some level in its current collective bargaining agreement negotiations. Clark’s base salary was $78,066 and she earned additional money with the Fever winning the Commissioner’s Cup ($30,000) and reaching the semifinals ($3,435), and she received $2,575 for being named to the All-Star team, according to Sportico.
Clark played in just 13 games last season due to a variety of injuries.
Clark is the highest paid WNBA player; overall she trails Coco Gauff ($31 million), Aryna Sabalenka ($30 million), Iga Swiatek ($23.1 million), Eileen Gu ($23 million) and Zheng Qinwen ($20 million). Nelly Korda follows Clark at $11 million.
Clark’s sponsors include Gatorade, State Farm, Wilson, Panini America, Hy-Vee, Xfinity, Gainbridge, and Lilly, according to Sportico.
