A WWE star has seemingly been written off TV for a while at the conclusion of tonight’s December 8 episode of Raw.
Tonight’s show, as has often been the case over the past few months, was largely dominated by The Vision.
In the last match of the night, The Vision’s Logan Paul faced LA Knight, with Knight heavily outnumbered.
Paul not only had Paul Heyman out in his corner, but they were also joined by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
Soon the mystery accomplice of The Vision came out as well – he attacked Knight and paved the way for Paul to pick up the win.
After the match, Breakker got in the ring and cut a promo on WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk ahead of their title match on January 5.
With Breakker and Heyman in the ring, Paul and Reed decided to head backstage to continue their attack on LA Knight.
As Knight was refusing to stay down, it eventually took a big Tsunami splash from Reed onto Knight on a car to end the beatdown.
Given the nature of the attack and how it ended, it seems likely that Knight will be off WWE TV for a while to sell the injuries he’d have sustained.
On SmackDown this past Friday, Knight tapped out to GUNTHER, so it’s a logical time for him to take a break off the back of that.
