Andrew Tate‘s coach believes size will not be a major decider in the influencer’s upcoming dust-up with Chase DeMoor.

After a glittering career in the world of kickboxing, Tate has decided to make a stunning move over to boxing and will make his debut later this month against the reigning Misfits heavyweight king. The two stars will meet in an intriguing clash on Saturday, December 20 at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in Dubai.

Tate – despite coming in as the challenger – is being labelled as the A-side fighter, much to the frustration of his upcoming adversary – a former Too Hot to Handle star. Both men recently met in a rather chaotic press conference over in the Middle East. Whilst the pair did not trade physical blows, they were certainly at each other’s throats verbally.

The controversial influencer turned up to the showcase late, but made a rather jaw-dropping entrance to the venue after he pulled up in a luxurious boat. After exchanging barbs, the two fighters went nose-to-nose in a rather gripping and intense face-off. It was made apparent that DeMoor will have a rather significant edge in height and size on fight night.

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul will face off for a heavyweight clash in Miami on December 19. The fight will stream live on Netflix, which fans can get for free with Sky’s £15 Essential TV bundle, the brand’s ‘lowest ever price’ for Sky TV.

Despite the disparity in size, Tate’s coach Amir believes that will not play in DeMoor’s favour when they eventually trade leather. Discussing the recent face-off on Fred Talks Fighting, he said: “Discussing face-off: “He had those working boots on… which is at least an inch. I do not think he is that bigger. Obviously, Andrew had everything black on, so he did look deceiving let’s say. I do not think size will matter… power is physics… mass times speed equals power.

“Whether you are strong or not strong, you have got to hit someone first to do the damage, and Andrew is actually… he is not that easily hit. I know everyone goes on about the black eye. Well, his eyes are nonstop black from the pads with me. And not just that one…. the nose and the lip and the body. Main thing is he will be ready on fight night.”

Tate is evidently locked in ahead of his first fight in five years. The 39-year-old made big waves in the world of kickboxing, so he does possess quite a bit of experience in the world of combat sports. Over the last few weeks, DeMoor has taken several swipes at his foe on social media.

His rival insists the American should pay a little more respect to him. In an interview with the Stomping Ground, Tate said: “Nobody cares who Chase is. I have given him a huge opportunity here. He should be a bit more respectful to me. Truthfully, everyone’s there to watch me, no-one there to watch Chase.

“I can change my opponent and I could make more money and people would watch it. The world is focused on me. This whole fight is about me.” He added: “I have been offered a lot more money to fight other people. This is the Andrew Tate show. Face to floor, it does not matter if he is in the ring or not… I want him to be aware that this is my show and not his show.”
