With rookie wide receiver Pat Bryant dealing with a hamstring injury, the Denver Broncos appear to be seeking more depth at the position.

The Broncos are bringing in Canadian Football League receiver Dohnte Meyers for a workout, according to Dan Ralph of The Canadian Press. Meyers (5-11, 186 pounds) went undrafted in the 2023 NFL draft after playing college football at Delta State (Division II) and Presbyterian College (FCS).

Meyers had a tryout with the Atlanta Falcons following the draft but was not signed. He later joined the CFL’s Saskatchewan Roughriders and earned CFL West All-Star honors and won a Grey Cup with Saskatchewan in 2025. Meyers totaled 65 receptions for 1,056 yards and eight touchdowns in Canada’s 2025 season. He also handled punt and kickoff return duties for the Roughriders.

The Broncos currently have four healthy wide receivers on the active roster, plus four receivers on the practice squad. Meyers would presumably be a candidate for the team’s practice squad.
