Taylor Swift Performs ‘Aunt Tay’ Duties in a Luxe Winter Coat of Many Fall Colors

Once again, Taylor Swift skipped any pre-game photo opportunities ahead of today’s Chiefs game—but that doesn’t mean she didn’t dress for one.

Thankfully, Swifties in the crowd captured video of the pop star sitting in an Arrowhead Stadium suite alongside future sister-in-law Kylie Kelce and her daughters. One day after her 36th birthday on December 13, Swift attended Travis Kelce’s home game against the Los Angeles Chargers wearing Kansas City Chiefs colors in a fashion forward way.

Instead of opting for a vintage football sweater or bold red outerwear, the birthday girl wore Ulla Johnson’s Ambrose oversized wool-blend felt coat that features an ombré of fall colors, including shades of yellow, brown, and red. Of course, yellow and red also happen to be colors widely associated with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The statement piece originally retails for $2,300, but is currently available on the Bergdorf Goodman and Net-a-Porter websites for 40% off. The catch? As of pub time, both retailers only have one jacket left in a size medium. Otherwise, you can still grab it for full price at Nordstrom or the Ulla Johnson website…for now.

The Ambrose coat was first featured in Ulla Johnson’s Fall ‘25 fashion show, where it was sent down the runway over a thick brown turtleneck sweater and paired with glossy croc-embossed over-the-knee boots, which sounds like an outfit right out of Swift’s playbook. However, it seems Swift opted out of wearing gloves like the runway model, as her hands could be seen as she went into “Aunt Tay”-mode with Kelce’s daughters, as multiple Swift fans called her in their videos.

Though it’s not completely clear how Swift chose to style her most recent look (yet), a large coat and knee-boots is pretty much her go-to winter 2025 wardrobe formula. Throughout December alone, Swift has modeled multiple striking coat-and-boot combos, from monochromatic Louis Vuitton moment to the Max Mara Teddy coat she paired with a plaid miniskirt and suede Christian Louboutins.

As far as Taylor Swift is concerned, just add a red lip and some tights and you’re perfectly dressed for any occasion.
