In New York City, AvroKO is hiring for a Senior Designer (Construction Administration & Technical Delivery Role) with over eight years of experience. Candidates must have significant experience in high-end, bespoke hospitality design, restaurants, and hotels. The position requires proven industry experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. One should have advanced proficiency in industry-standard interior architecture design processes and all practical/technical aspects of each project phase.

Chicago-based design studio Curioso is in search of a Design Lead with eight to ten years of experience and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft/Google Office, and hand sketching. The desired candidate should have experience working in a hospitality design-focused architecture or interior design studio. Applicants must be able to lead a team through all project phases, including client interactions and consultant coordination.

New York City-based architecture and interior design firm Sugarhouse Design and Architecture is seeking an Intermediate – Senior Architect – Retail Design with eight-plus years of experience. The ideal candidate is proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. One should possess strong technical skills, including detailing, building systems, and construction documentation. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Full-service architecture firm Studio Dwell Architects has an opening for a Project Architect / Project Manager with at least ten years of experience in Chicago. The desired applicant must be skilled in Revit and AutoCAD, with knowledge of 3D software (3D Max, Maxwell, SketchUp, Rhino), Photoshop, and Excel. Candidates should have experience with all aspects of design and construction, especially construction detailing, permit procedures, and client communication.
