The North Shore Health Network has adjusted the hours of the closure for the emergency department at the Thessalon site.
The closure will still begin at 10 p.m. Thursday, but will now run until 8 a.m. Friday.

The emergency department at the North Shore Health Network’s Thessalon site will be closed Thursday night and all day Friday.
Beginning at 10 p.m. tomorrow night, the closure is expected to last until Saturday at 8 a.m.
Anyone needing immediate medical attention should call 911 and ambulances will be re-routed to the closest emergency departments to the Thessalon site, which are:
Blind River site of the North Shore Health Network (525 Causley St., Blind River, Ont.)
Richards Landing Site of the North Shore Health Network (1180 Richards St., Richards Landing, Ont.)
Sault Area Hospital (750 Great Northern Rd., Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.)
