We look at St. Joseph and Victoria East men’s soccer preparing for regular season in one week.


VICTORIA, Texas- The St. Joseph and Victoria East boys’ soccer teams wrapped up their final scrimmages ahead of the start of regular-season play next week.

St. Joseph faced Katy Harmony School of Innovation and fell 4–0. Despite generating multiple shots on goal, the Flyers were unable to convert their chances.

Victoria East took on El Campo at Memorial Stadium and came away with a win, scoring two goals against the Ricebirds.

Looking ahead, Victoria East men’s soccer will host its alumni scrimmage next Saturday. St. Joseph will return to action Tuesday night, facing Victoria West in a scrimmage at 4 p.m.
