Oliver Mintzlaff is not worried about Max Verstappen leaving. According to the Red Bull boss, Red Bull Racing is doing everything to keep the Red Bull Racing driver satisfied.”For me, there is no doubt that Max Verstappen will end his career at Red Bull”- Oliver MintzlaffIn principle, Verstappen is under contract with Red Bull Racing until 2028. However, with 2027 on the horizon, speculation about his future with the Austrian team is already intensifying. Many believe that if Red Bull fails to nail the all-new regulations in 2026, Verstappen could be tempted to jump ship and join the strongest team at that time.

Red Bull executive Oliver Mintzlaff is not worried about Verstappen’s departure. Speaking to De Telegraaf, the German said he is not concerned about the clauses in the Dutchman’s contract. “What is most important for any athlete is that he sees everyone in the team giving everything for him,” Mintzlaff stated.

Red Bull executive has no doubts about Verstappen’s futureThe Red Bull executive is convinced that Verstappen will be impressed by the turnaround Red Bull managed to achieve last F1 season.

As long as the team maintains this philosophy, Mintzlaff is not afraid Verstappen will leave: “Of course Max always wants to win and have the best possible car, but so do we. As long as Max feels that we are working towards that and doing everything we can, I think he will remain loyal to us,” said Mintzlaff.

“For me, there is no doubt that Max Verstappen will end his career at Red Bull,” the German emphatically reiterated. The story that the four-time world champion is the boss at Red Bull was dismissed by Mintzlaff as nonsense. The Red Bull executive hopes that after his F1 retirement, the Dutchman will remain connected to Red Bull in another role.
