Akshaye Khanna is the man of the moment in a good and bad way, on one hand his performance as Rehman Dakait in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar has been widely appreciated and on other hand his controversial exit from Drishaym 3 is showcasing him in the wrong light. In a time like this, a video clip of Akshaye from the time he was promoting his film Gandhi, My Father backed by Anil Kapoor began doing the rounds. In his conversation with Aaj Tak, Akshaye revealed the one quality of his father that he respected a lot, the conversation are around the film Gandhi, My Father where Akshaye played the role of Mahatma Gandhi’s son Harilal Gandhi and the movie was about their frosty relationship. Talking about his father veteran actor Vinod Khanna, AKshaye said , ” I respect him for the way he lived his life, he lived on his own terms and there were very few people who could do that to the extent he went.”
