The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have agreed to terms with star defensive back Evan Holm on a two-year contract extension, it was announced Tuesday afternoon.
He was scheduled to reach free agency in February.
Holm was named to both the CFL and the West Division All-Star teams in 2025, finishing the year with 55 tackles, four interceptions and two forced fumbles in 18 games.
He was also named Winnipeg’s Most Outstanding Defensive player this past season.
The 27-year-old has spent four years in the CFL all with the Bombers after playing collegiately at the University of North Dakota. He has 225 tackles and seven interceptions in 63 total regular-season games.
