Africa’s premier boxing management firm, LPMG Global, is reportedly preparing to send nearly half its roster to the newly announced Zuffa Boxing promotion created by Dana White and Turki Alalshikh.
Co-headed by Nelson Aiyelabowo and Malik Annur, LPMG Global has developed elite talent, including Anthony Yigit, Isaac Ekpo, and Hamed of Ghana, and currently manages some of Africa’s most exciting rising fighters.
The firm’s standout prospects include Solomon “Iron Fist” Adebayo, an undefeated Nigerian heavyweight (13-0, 12 KOs) who recently claimed the WBA Africa Heavyweight Title. The 19-year-old has maintained a nearly perfect stoppage rate and is widely regarded as Nigeria’s most intimidating heavyweight.
Also on the roster is Chibuike “African Fury” Ogbuagu, a heavyweight prospect whose nickname reflects his admiration for Tyson Fury, who reportedly backs him. Ogbuagu follows the British champion’s style and recently secured a decisive knockout victory on a main card.
Seventeen-year-old Raheem Animashaun, the current West African Boxing Union lightweight champion, is recognised as one of Africa’s most promising young fighters, whilst featherweights Dolapo Imole and Tope Musa Tajudeen round out the rising talent under LPMG’s banner.
The potential partnership with White and Alalshikh’s new boxing venture would provide global exposure for emerging African stars and could represent a transformational leap for the continent’s boxing scene.
LPMG Global has built its reputation on cultivating fighters with championship potential, making the alignment with the transparent, merit-based Zuffa promotion a natural fit for the firm’s vision of elevating African boxing talent to the world stage.
