JAKARTA — Indonesia’s main anti-graft agency and the finance ministry have begun cracking down on corporate tax underreporting, targeting industries from palm oil to steel as the government tackles a revenue shortfall that last year caused the fiscal deficit to widen to near the legal limit and simultaneously looks to lift spending.
