We once again got a great moment, Saturday night, in the Montreal Canadiens’ locker room after the game.

The Canadiens’ victory video has just been released following a wild comeback, and once again, you can feel the great atmosphere.

We see Alexandre Carrier handing the wolf’s head for player of the game to Cole Caufield, a simple gesture that is always greatly appreciated.

That ritual has truly found its place, because it comes from the locker room and it feels genuine.

The sequence also has that little something contagious.

Juraj Slafkovsky, Cole Caufield, and Nick Suzuki come in shouting and laughing, like guys who know exactly why they play together.

Alexandre Carrier gives the wolf’s head to Cole Caufield and gives a short speech in front of everyone

And in the corner of the image, Ivan Demidov is all smiles.

No need for a long speech-you can see it on his face, he’s happy to be there and to experience this with the group.

It’s the kind of detail that gets shared quickly, because fans want to see behind the scenes.

What stands out most is the chemistry.

The wolf’s head gets passed around, the guys clap, then they chat as if the night is continuing in the room, far from the microphones.

Last season, Cole Caufield played 82 games and scored 37 goals, for a total of 70 points.

Nick Suzuki also played 82 games and filled up the scoresheet with 89 points, while Slafkovsky followed with 51 points in 79 games.

This season, they’ve taken another “step.”

We’re lucky to have such a great, tight-knit team!
