ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — What does it take to become a professional athlete? WNBA Indiana Fever player Makayla Timpson returned home recently as her high school, Early County, celebrated her professional success and retired her jersey!

On Sunday, Jan. 18’s Dialogue, Timpson shares what this honor means, how she was inspired and how she tries to inspire others! Her parents, Eric and Renay Timpson, also talk about their household of girls and the impact that sports and education had on the family.
