The Endless Summer Long Drive Championship is set to make its return to the Trillium Wood Golf Club this year.

2026 marks the fifth anniversary of the event.

We asked organizer Jodie Jenkins what makes it the largest long drive championship in the world.

“By virtue of attendance, purse size.  Back in the day it was huge, tens of thousands of people.  Then it really died off and since World Long Drive began again, last year we had 1,500 people, over two days.”

He says this year has even more players coming from around the world.

“We’ve had lots of great involvement from all over the world, Australia, the U.S., New Zealand, Japan.  So this year was the first time I’ve had individuals and hitters that are coming from Thailand, Singapore, China, our first South Koreans are coming to compete both male and female.  So it really is a global event.”

Endless Summer, in partnership with Ascendance Foundry, is back June 25–26, 2026 at Trillium Wood Golf Club.

This year is something special.

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, Endless Summer has grown into the world’s biggest long-drive championship pro-am, and 2026 is shaping up to be the biggest and boldest edition yet.

This year’s event once again cements Endless Summer as a truly global competition.

Athletes will be travelling to Belleville from within Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, and Japan, and for the first time ever, we are thrilled to welcome competitors from Singapore, Thailand, China, and South Korea.

Belleville will once again be the international stage for the biggest long=drive showdown in the world.

“Every year this event grows, every year the energy goes up, and every year Belleville delivers,” said Jodie Jenkins, founder and tournament director of Endless Summer. “Endless Summer is not just a sports event, it’s something our community rallies around, celebrates, and proudly owns. Five years in, we’re just getting started.”

A PROUD HISTORY OF GIVING BACK

Endless Summer has always been about more than golf.

In 2017, Jodie Jenkins and Tim Howard launched a unique golf charity event called the JT Classic.

In 2022, Jenkins evolved that community tradition into Endless Summer, and the impact has continued to grow in a huge way.

Since 2017, the event has helped raise nearly $100,000 for local charities including Big Brothers Big Sisters, CMHA, Grace Inn Shelter, United Way Hastings Prince Edward, and the Military Family Resource Centre.

This year, Endless Summer will once again support the Military Family Resource Centre and welcomes Gleaners Food Bank as a charitable partner.

The momentum is already building.  Earlier this week, Peter Smith GM joined Endless Summer as the Official Auto Partner and kicked off the charitable campaign with a $5,000 donation to Gleaners.

“We’re so proud to support something that makes this community better while hosting one of the most exciting sporting events in the region,” said Nathan Pio, Marketing Manager at Peter Smith GM. “Endless Summer represents community, energy, world-class athletes, and real impact, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.”
