James Bond has instantly conquered Netflix’s worldwide Top 10 charts after all but one movie was added to the streaming service. On Wednesday, January 21, every James Bond movie was released onto Netflix, except for 1967’s Casino Royale starring David Niven as the franchise’s main hero. This comes ahead of Amazon MGM Studios’ upcoming installment in the franchise.
Now, FlixPatrol reports that James Bond is dominating Netflix’s streaming charts, with the franchise’s two latest releases, No Time to Die and Spectre, making it into the streamer’s Top 10 charts. As of January 22, 2026, No Time to Die is Number 4 globally on the streamer, while it sits at Number 1 in 20 countries. This includes Brazil, Peru, and Salvador.
Likewise, Spectre is at Number 7 worldwide. While the second-to-last Bond movie didn’t make it to Number 1 in any country, it did make it onto the Top 10 in various locations. The highest of these positions are Number 3 in Mauritius and Number 4 in France. Based on these placements, the franchise is clearly enjoying worldwide success.

Daniel Craig as James Bond at a bar in No Time To Die
No Time to Die is hailed as a strong final installment for Daniel Craig’s Bond, bringing his story to a fitting conclusion. Despite being released during the COVID-19 pandemic, and having a budget estimated to be up to $300 million, the film earned $774.2 million at the global box office, becoming a theatrical success in the process.
Reviews for Spectre, on the other hand, were not as well-revered: the film scored a 63% on Rotten Tomatoes from critics. However, against a budget of up to $300 million, it earned $880.7 million at the box office. The two films are also the newest of Craig’s appearances as the character, signifying their recent releases as part of their success.
The success of the franchise on Netflix predates the upcoming Bond 26, which Amazon MGM Studios is currently producing. Steven Knight, creator of Peaky Blinders, will be writing the film, while Denis Villeneuve, director of the Dune trilogy, will be directing. An actor has yet to be chosen for the role, but is expected for multiple movies.
Given the instant success of multiple James Bond movies on Netflix, their addition to the streamer’s film catalog seems like it’ll be quite lucrative for the franchise. With a decades-long history that can now be viewed on the biggest streaming platform in the world, it’s unsurprising its newer installments have suddenly earned massive, worldwide success.
