When it comes to hydrating foods, watermelon is one of the best options. Containing over 90 per cent water, it’s a great way to maintain hydration. For a fun twist, cut watermelon into stick-like shapes for quick, kid-friendly snacks.
Cucumbers, with approximately 95 per cent water content, are another excellent option. Chop them into sticks for an easy light snack. Pair these with Greek yogurt, which not only provides protein, but is also packed with vitamins and minerals. Add fresh berries to the yogurt to further enhance hydration, as well.
