Manchester United fans dropped their instant reaction to Patrick Dorgu’s sensational wonderstrike against Arsenal in the Premier League clash at the Emirates on Sunday.
Patrick Dorgu was deployed in the attacking set-up in Michael Carrick’s first Premier League match in charge of the Red Devils as interim head coach last week.

The 21-year-old Danish wing-back played on the left wing in Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Manchester City and netted at Old Trafford in the Premier League clash.
Following Dorgu’s stunning impact for Man Utd against Manchester City, the Denmark international continued from the same role against Arsenal on Sunday.
United fans were left in complete awe in the opening stages of the second half after Patrick Dorgu scored a screamer from outside the box against the Gunners.

A third Red Devils supporter claimed: “Ballon d’Orgu [sic] is in full swing.”

Patrick Dorgu arrived under the reign of Ruben Amorim in the 2025 January window and the Manchester United wing-back has faced criticism over his consistency.
The former Lecce star has shown shades of his potential at times, but Dorgu was unable to show what he was fully capable of under ex-Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim.

Amorim was sacked as United manager earlier this month and Dorgu has looked like a transformed player in the first two matches under interim boss Michael Carrick.
Dorgu’s performances against City and Arsenal from the left wing have even seen forward Matheus Cunha, who was a key player under Amorim, drop to the bench.
Speaking of Matheus Cunha, the Man Utd summer signing came off the bench after replacing Bryan Mbeumo and scored a stunning winner for the Red Devils.
