WNBA star Breanna Stewart has issued a demand to U.S. President Donald Trump.

There was another deadly ICE shooting in Minnesota this week. An emergency room doctor was shot and killed by a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti was identified as the man who was killed.

The New York Times had more on his death, adding that he was “the nurse who was fatally shot by federal agents in Minneapolis on Saturday, graduated from Preble High School, a public school in Green Bay, Wis., in 2006, a spokeswoman for the school district said in an email. Mr. Pretti attended the University of Minnesota’s College of Liberal Arts and graduated in 2011, a spokeswoman for the university said.”

In the wake of the shooting, the WNBA star has issued a strong warning.

“For further context: Stewart’s wife, Marta, is an immigrant who has a green card. This is deeply personal for their family. As far as I know, Breanna and Tyrese Haliburton have made the boldest statements regarding what’s happening in Minneapolis,” she added.
