2025 is over, but why not take a trip down memory lane about some of cycling season’s standout athletes from Quebec? The Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistes (FQSC) has a fun poll to vote on who had the best. And it’s not easy–there were some pretty big rides for those fromLa Belle Province.
You can vote for three athletes whose 2025 performances you think were the most impressive. Rankings matter. First-place votes carry the most points, followed by second and third. To make sure your vote counts, you must select exactly three cyclists, assigning them to first, second, and third place.
Scoring Explained
Each athlete’s final score is out of 100 points. Then, a group ofexperts evaluates each of the 10 nominated performances using objective criteria. They can contribute up to 50 points.
The second half comes from public votes, also worth 50 points. Here’s how it works:
The performance with the most public points earns 50, the second earns 49.5, and so on down to the 10th place, which receives 45.5 points.
Each first-place vote gives 3 points, second place gives 2 points, and third place earns 1 point.
Once voting closes, the FQSC combines the expert’s score with the public vote score to reveal the top three performances of 2025.
Good luck picking which was the best because there were some doozies of results in 2025. o! The athletes you can choose from had some pretty amazing seasons.
