Okanagan Sun season ticket holders get extended early-bird access to BC Lions seats
The exclusive chance to secure BC Lions tickets through Okanagan Sun season tickets has been extended for Kelowna football fans.
In a partnership between the CFL team and the junior team, the Sun have been offering buyers of the 2026 Sun tickets an exclusive one-for-one ticket purchase opportunity for Lions tickets to the team’s two games taking place at the Apple Bowl on June 27 and July 4. This means, when someone buys one Sun season ticket, they receive one Lions ticket purchase code.
Because of its popularity, the early bird window has been extended to Feb. 17.
The new early bird access period will run from Friday, Feb. 20 to Wednesday, Feb. 25 and will be available exclusively to 2026 Okanagan Sun season ticket holders.
Remaining tickets for the BC Lions games go on sale to the general public on Thursday, Feb. 26.
Almost 300 Okanagan sun season tickets have been sold so far, the Sun stated in a press release.
