eastbound lanes in Oshawa closed due to crash

All eastbound lanes of Highway 401 at Ritson Road in Oshawa were closed on Saturday night due to a multi-vehicle collision.

The crash was reported shortly after 7 p.m., and police said it involved a transport truck, a pickup truck and a sedan.

No injuries were reported, police said.

The cause of the collision is unknown.

Police said traffic was diverted through Simcoe Street and the closure was expected to last a few hours.
